24 June 2005 Ann Demeneva, legal specialist at the Ural Centre for the Constitutional and International Defence of Human Rights (Sutyajnik, Yekaterinburg), has contributed a paper to the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre. Anna conceders the right to legal assistance under the Criminal Procedure Code.
